2009
Just back from a quick trip to NYC for the John Burroughs Association award luncheon at the American Museum of Natural History, at which Frank Burroughs (at left, Author, Confluence: Merrymeeting Bay) was awarded the Medal Award. Traditionally an honor only recognizing literature, the JBA announced that this is the first title they have selected which has included a strong photographic voice. They said lots of nice things about the book and my work in it, and presented me with this lovely certificate to mark the event.
