North Pond, Acrylic paint on stretched canvas, 3’ x 5’
I made the original photograph of Gaffney, Liv and my son, Finn, jumping from the floating dock on North Pond in Maine for my #kidsinthehood project in the summer of 2013. This piece terrified me as I am not as experienced with above water scenes, and certainly not with little people, never mind trees.
